• All purchases nationwide have free shipping.
• Delivery time will be as estimated by our logistics operator, in cities nationwide it can be between 5-10 days.
• A tracking number will be available at the time the order has been shipped. BTO MILANO S.A.S. will not be held responsible for orders lost in transit.

International Shipping:

• All international purchases have a shipping fee depending on your location.
• BTO MILANO S.A.S. is not responsible for charges of fees, taxes or fees that are generated due to said international shipments and/or by the Customs of each country. These Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery time will be as estimated by our logistics operator, in cities internationally between 15-20 days.
